AC3 offers Co-Managed IT services that are customized to your business needs. We can work with your current in-house IT staff to provide higher level network support and backup for vacation time, acting as an escalation point or we can work with your higher level out-of-state IT providers to provide on-site support. Is Co-Management Right for Our Company?

We always recommend that companies trust in AC3 to provide their IT support and not fall into the trap of having a staff member try to deal with IT issues that are outside of their job scope. Sometimes it makes sense for larger companies to hire a dedicated IT person to deal with everyday IT issues. Without backup, the company will have to rely on that person's knowledge and experience and will be without support when their staff needs vacation. Co-Managed IT support can also be helpful for larger projects that might require the use of temp workers. We offer several contract options and do not lock any of our clients into minimum monthly charges.
